Archival Preservation Project
We are in the process of organizing the church's archives. The first stage is the building of an archival cabinet in the Carillon room of the sanctuary. The second stage will involve sorting out, cataloging, indexing, and preserving the existing documents with the help of a young professional archivist, Chrissie Evaskis, who is volunteering her time. The third stage will be the creation of multimedia supports such as microfilms and electronic documents. While this is going on, we are collecting documents and photographs pertaining to church history and life. Call the church office if you can help, 731.422.1591. All originals will be returned to you.
